Growth Specialist

We are looking for a growth specialist to become a core part of our acquisition team. Whether you have a background in traditional marketing, data analytics or something else, it doesn’t matter to us, as long as you have experience with growth, are passionate, responsible and have a powerful will to think out of the box.

Main responsibilities:
▪ Creating and implementing marketing and branding strategies based on the latest digital marketing trends;
▪ Translating ideas into actionable items that deliver business results;
▪ Testing and optimising marketing tactics for customer acquisition e.g. SEO/SEM, e-mail, content, video, display marketing, social media, AdWords campaigns, affiliate, etc.
▪ Analysing, reporting and optimising the effectiveness of the undertaken activities;
▪ Identifying and testing new acquisition and engagement channels;
▪ Working in a multicultural environment (US+EU target audience).

The ideal candidate:
▪ Has a strong analytical and technical mindset;
▪ Has the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with a number of individuals on all levels in the organisation and across cultures;
▪ Has a proven track record and experience in a remote working environment;
▪ Is a strong personality with a focus on goals’ achievements;
▪ Is comfortable with working in a constantly changing and challenging area;
▪ Has the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks;
▪ Experience with mobile engagement platforms is a plus;
▪ Has a high level of practical skills and self-sufficiency (in short: he/she needs to be able to come up with an idea and then execute mainly on his own, not with the help of a digital agency, this is crucial for us, as this is what we need now).
